Other info:

I purchased this car (rescued is a better word) from a salvage yard near me.  I went there for parts and seen this car with a spoiler and name on it and recognised what it was from an article in "Muscle Car Review".  This was back in 1990,  Drivetrain was in pieces (literally)!  Original 390 was scattered all over this guys floor, he was trying to put a 304 and 904 in it and couldn't make it work.  I did a little research and went back to see what all was there.  All numbers matched down to starter and alt. (I had an old motors manual that listed that stuff.)  In the meantime he had puussed it with his truckaq nd cracked the spoiler, boy was I pissed!  Anyway loaded it and it's many pieces for the mighty sum of $450! I have many projects because I like unique vehicles so it sits waiting to be worked on.  Marriage, kids, house and owning a car repair business doesn't help.
